Had an appointment at 12 pm for inspection and emissions. Sat in the waiting room for 1 1/2 hours before they took my vehicle in for service. Then it took another 1 1/2 hours for the service. I was told I would be there approximately 1 hour to have my vehicle serviced and i was there for over 3 hours. Not a pleasant experience at all.

I have always received excellent service at Bowser Chevrolet in Chippewa. I came in for an oil change and received a friendly greeting. While in the waiting room I was informed on my options and pricing for an alignment I also need. I did not have the alignment that day but appreciate knowing price and options for future visit. Fast and friendly service highly recommend!

I found the perfect truck at Bowser Chevrolet in Chippewa on a Saturday afternoon. Well looking online I found this 2500 HD Z71 Trail boss. I clicked on the interested button within minutes i received a call from from the sales team. I drove out to look at the truck at 2:30pm. After a test drive I knew this truck had checked all the boxes. We did the paperwork and were done by 5:30. I couldn't drive it home Saturday so I left it for them to rustproof and ceramic coat. T hey called the following Wednesday the truck was ready to pickup. Thank to the Bowser team for working to make this a great experience!
